I paint and draw art and it’s a gift. I squandered it in addiction. To sit for hours no music, no sense of time just the art, is grounding and centering. Presence in the moment of creativity as in the image of the ultimate creator my HP. Everyone has this energy and when -thru the steps- we learn to love ourselves, accept ourselves, we can love and accept others.
